Cloud, infrastructure and data — built for operational continuity.
Aurora’s cloud and data engineering team architects, migrates, operates and modernizes — for organizations running technology at enterprise standards. Where engagements require hyperscaler-certified specialist depth or surge capacity, we extend through named partners.
This practice is capability-led, not industry-specific. We work wherever the engineering work meets enterprise standards — production-grade reliability, governed access, documented architecture, measurable outcomes. The same operating discipline that runs our specialized brokerage practice runs this one.
Four capability areas, anchored by hyperscaler-certified partners.
Each service has a defined outcome, a named partner stack and a named diagnostic engagement as the entry point.
Capacity and certification, documented.
Every service in this practice is backed by named, contracted partners. Capacity, certification and accountability are documented at contracting — not improvised at delivery.
SCALER
Hyperscaler-certified delivery capacity across all three major clouds.
Follow-the-sun NOC, alerting and incident response.
Certified delivery on modern lakehouse and warehouse platforms.
OPS
Cloud cost observability and optimization tooling.
CSPM and security baseline tooling for regulated cloud.
Capacity is contracted, not improvised.
Aurora’s cloud and data team carries its own engineering depth. Three situations trigger partner involvement: specialist hyperscaler certifications beyond internal scope, surge capacity for large engagements, and platform-specific vendor relationships where the engagement requires accredited teams. Engineer count, certification depth and escalation paths are documented per engagement.
Pricing posture: diagnostic engagements (Cloud Readiness Assessment, Infrastructure Discovery Call, Transformation Discovery Workshop, Data Platform Assessment) are flat-fee. Full engagement ranges are confirmed in writing after the diagnostic.
Cloud Readiness Assessment
Every engagement in this practice begins with a scoped diagnostic — a Cloud Readiness Assessment at the practice level, or a service-specific diagnostic (Infrastructure Discovery Call, Transformation Discovery Workshop, Data Platform Assessment) if you already know the area of focus. Each produces a written deliverable and a defined recommendation.
