Organizations need an engineering team, not a routing layer.
Aurora exists to build and operate production-bound systems directly. Our team carries the engineering depth and daily accountability; a named partner network extends that team only where regulated services, specialist certifications or surge capacity is structurally required.
Organizations need an engineering team, not a routing layer.
Organizations operating production-bound technology need a partner who actually does the work — not a consultancy that packages and routes work to subcontractors. They need an engineering team that holds accountability for outcomes, supported by access to top-tier specialists only when the work specifically requires them.
Production systems eventually face incidents, operational drift, scale pressure, infrastructure failures, governance requirements and team transitions. Aurora’s operating model is built around that reality.
Every engagement is structured for continuity beyond deployment, with documented ownership, measurable outcomes and operational readiness from day one.
Aurora is built around this model. Our team carries the engineering depth and the daily accountability. The partner network extends our reach where regulated services, specialist certifications or surge capacity is genuinely required.
A specialized practice and a capability-led practice. Same standard, applied to different engineering.
Brokerage Solutions is our specialized practice for firms running real-money trading systems. Our brokerage engineering team runs trading platforms day-to-day. This is where Aurora has accumulated the deepest domain expertise.
Cloud & Data Services is our capability-led practice for organizations operating technology at enterprise standards. Our cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, data engineers and solution architects deliver across regulated and enterprise-grade environments. Capability-defined, not industry-defined.
The specialized practice credentials the broader one. A firm that runs production trading platforms understands operational pressure at a level most consultancies do not.
Our team does the work. Our network extends our reach.
Every engagement is delivered by Aurora’s team — administrators, architects, engineers, operators. The partner network exists to extend that team’s reach for specific, structural reasons: regulated services, specialist certifications, surge capacity, regional presence. Not as a default delivery mechanism.
Partners are named in every engagement contract; their scope is bounded; their work is documented. What partners do not contribute: the architecture, the program management, the client relationship or the outcome accountability.
A small core team, anchored by named partners.
Aurora is led by senior engineers and operators with backgrounds in regulated finance, hyperscale infrastructure and trading systems. The team is small by design — accountability is concentrated, not dispersed.

Headquartered in Amman, serving the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Aurora is headquartered at Office 120, First Floor, Balsan Building 164, Mecca Street, Amman, Jordan, and engages clients across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Contracts originate from the appropriate legal entity per jurisdiction; the brand is one Aurora regardless.
Managed-service coverage spans GMT−3 to GMT+8 from our Amman operations. Languages supported under managed engagements: English (primary) and Arabic. On-site engagement is offered across the Middle East and on request in Europe and Asia; remote-first is the default for cloud and data engagements.
Stated limits. A discipline, not an absence.
Aurora does not provide legal, licensing or regulatory advisory. Aurora does not develop trading platforms or CRMs from scratch. Aurora does not custody client funds. Aurora does not hold hyperscaler partner-tier designations that require headcount we have not yet scaled to; for those, we extend through partners who do.
Stating limits is part of how we work. Capability without honesty about scope is the failure mode of consulting firms.
References under accumulation, transparently.
Aurora’s reference library continues to expand as client approvals and partner permissions are secured. Published case studies and partner-attributed engagements will be added as they become available.
Where Aurora has contributed to a partner’s delivered engagement, we reference that engagement with the partner’s permission rather than claim work we did not lead.
The proof points we can stand behind today are operational: documented runbooks, named technical leads, partner contracts under NDA, and the standard SLA framework (tiered by severity, against named availability targets) that anchors every managed-service engagement. These are shared with prospects under NDA at the right point in the conversation.
Flat-fee diagnostics. Engagement-scoped programs.
Every Next Step diagnostic on this site is a flat-fee engagement with a defined written output — a Readiness Audit, a Health Check, a Workshop, an Assessment. Full engagements are scoped after the diagnostic against a defensible range, shared in writing before contracting.
We set the price for the work we can scope precisely, and we scope before we quote the work that depends on environment, constraints, partner involvement or operational risk.
Aurora exists to build and operate systems that remain controllable under pressure.
Measurable in production, sustainable beyond deployment, and governed by documented ownership. Everything else — practices, partners, standards and diagnostics — exists in service of that outcome.
Start with the diagnostic that matches your engagement: Brokerage Readiness Audit, MT5 Health Check, Cloud Readiness Assessment, Infrastructure Discovery Call or Data Platform Assessment.
